Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

Small domestic shipments (1-2 items) are shipped through USPS First-Class mail, and larger shipments are usually sent using USPS Priority Mail. Typically, they arrive in 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

Small shipments sent internationally are shipped through USPS First-Class International, while larger shipments are sent using USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery time depends on a variety of factors, including the destination country and delays with customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate individual customs requests (marking as "gift", etc).

Returns / Warranty

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned items except in cases where the item is D.O.A (dead on arrival). If you have received a pair of BlackPods and they do not function correctly, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we will try to resolve your issue remotely. If that doesn't work, you may send them back to us for either a full refund or an exchange.

 

Refund Policy

If we are unable to resolve the issue with your BlackPods (see above), they may be sent back to us for a full refund within 14 days of their delivery. The customer pays the return shipping. Please note that our return / refund policy does not apply to issues of cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic.
